Networked thinking – that’s what the trainees at VELDENER Präzisionstechnik GmbH in Vilsbiburg have learnt. In a two-day course at Trausnitz near Regensburg all 19 VELDENER trainees had an opportunity to demonstrate their capacity for teamwork by solving various problems. Besides cooperation tasks and games, a GPS paperchase in the woods was included.

The main focus here was on mutual understanding and extended competence in cooperation and networked thinking, although the fun factor was not neglected.

The junior staff was supervised by the trainers Evelyn Schmidhuber and Jürgen Horvath.

The reference to company practice represented by the set tasks enabled the trainees to apply what they learnt – teamwork and cooperation – in their vocational training courses.
