Case hardening:

  • Carburization in a gaseous atmosphere
  • Quenching in oil
  • Marginalized layer hardening depth from 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm



  • Automatic multi-chamber furnace
  • Marginalized layer hardening of low alloy steels possible
  • Nitrogen as an alloying element
  • Marginalized layer hardening depth from 0.1 mm to 1.1 mm


Inductive hardening:

  • Systems in medium- and high-frequency range
  • Horizontal and vertical systems
  • Robot handling
  • Marginalized layer hardening depth from 0.3 mm to 7.0 mm
  • Partial hardening of component possible
  • Separation or hardening of small batches possible


Gas nitriding:

  • Nitriding hardness depth from 0.1 mm to 0.6 mm
  • Layer thickness from 2 µm to 20 µm
  • Increase of corrosion resistance by subsequent oxidizing



  • Tempering of components to reduce stress in the component
  • Temperature range 140 to >250 C
