- Maintenance and upkeep of equipment, auxiliary equipment, machines, and tools
- Resolving technical issues that arise in the processes under your responsibility

Your profile:
- Completed technical training with several years of professional experience in metalworking, or higher-level education
- Interest in new technologies in the fields of heat treatment and IT
- Proficiency in heat treatment and personnel management
- Proficiency in ERP, the MS Office suite, and other software packages
- Solution-oriented thinking, ability to work in a team, and a quality-conscious approach to work
- Reliability and ability to plan effectively
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
