We are looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible:

Your tasks:

• Planning, execution and delegation of maintenance/repair work on production machines
• Planning of machine relocations, conversions, rebuilds and their implementation
• Continuous optimisation of your maintenance/repair processes
• Care and maintenance of the relevant equipment, aids, machines and tools
• Solving technical problems
•  Co-operation with other departments to ensure a smooth production process guarantee a smooth production process
• Management and development of the maintenance team, including employee training

Your profile:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or master craftsman/technician with relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance/setting, ideally in a management position
• Sound knowledge of maintenance planning and organisation
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team
• analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• good communication skills in German
• good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Flexibility, reliability and a quality-conscious approach to work
