Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

  • Designing and improving the existing quality management system (QMS) in accordance with our objectives and taking into account the applicable requirements (9001, 16949)
  • Ensuring compliance with our quality standards and guidelines
  • Determining the conformity and effectiveness of the QMS through internal process and system audits as well as planning and monitoring external audits
  • Identifying potential for improvement and initiating appropriate measures for continuous process optimisation
  • Advising, training and sensitising all employees and process owners to our quality standards and procedures

Your tasks:

  • Designing and improving the existing quality management system (QMS) in accordance with our objectives and taking into account the applicable requirements (9001, 16949)
  • Ensuring compliance with our quality standards and guidelines
  • Determining the conformity and effectiveness of the QMS through internal process and system audits as well as planning and monitoring external audits

  • Advising, training and sensitising all employees and process owners to our quality standards and procedures

Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering, quality management or comparable qualification
  • Flexibility, quality-conscious way of working, ability to work in a team and reliability
  • Sound knowledge of standards (9001, 16949) and relevant experience in quality management an advantage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness
  • Analytical and structured way of working as well as high problem-solving skills
  • Ideally auditor experience and qualifications as a system and process auditor (9001/16949, 19011, VDA 6.3).
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.

  • Designing and improving the existing environmental management system (EMS 14001) in accordance with our objectives and taking into account the applicable requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with our energy management and environmental management standards
  • Determining the conformity and effectiveness of the EMS and EMS through internal audits and inspections as well as planning and monitoring external audits
  • Advising, training and sensitising all employees and process owners to our energy and environmental management aspects
  • Co-operation with external authorities and partners on energy and environmental issues
